As a Pizza Supervisor, you'll ensure every dish is of the highest quality, delighting our guests and enhancing the hotel's stellar reputation.

What you will be doing :

• Train staff on store operations and daily tasks.
• Handle customer complaints positively and effectively.
• Maintain sanitary standards at all times.
• Monitor food quality and service standards, including temperature, appearance, taste, and preparation methods. Provide guidance and make adjustments for consistency.
• Use the POS system to charge customers, track revenue, and ensure timely food and beverage service. Input and retrieve data, and adjust computer procedures as needed.
• Track and order food inventory.
