We’re hiring regional flatbed drivers for steady weekly routes, reliable home time, and top-tier benefits. If you have the required experience, this opportunity offers great weekly pay and full support from day one.

What You Get :

Weekly Pay : $1,500–$1,600 average (more for OTR drivers)

Load Pay : 27% of linehaul

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 total

$1,500 after first delivery

$1,500 after 6 months

$2,000 after 1 year

Job Details :

Home Time : Every weekend

Freight : 40–50% tarped loads

Routes : Regional (five-state radius)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, home Friday night or Saturday AM

Equipment : New Freightliner Cascadia & KW T680 (fridge, inverter, APU)

Requirements :

1 year of verifiable OTR in last 5 years

At least 6 months flatbed experience with steel or coils

No more than 1 at-fault accident (last 3 years)

Max 3 moving violations (last 3 years), only 1 major allowed

Max 6 jobs in past 3 years (required for bonus eligibility)

No safety-related terminations

Must pass DOT urine drug test

No failed / refused DOT drug tests ever

No SAP drivers

Orientation & Training :

Orientation includes hotel, meals, and travel (airfare, rental, or reimbursement)

Solo hotel room provided
