We are seeking an Electrical Distribution Project Engineer to join our Power Delivery team, with opportunities in multiple locations across the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical aspects of overhead and underground electric power distribution systems, including planning, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection.
  • Prepare construction packages with detailed drawings, structure assemblies, staking tables, and bills of materials.
  • Guide and review work of junior team members, ensuring quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct engineering analyses for design options, site visits, and field reviews.
  • Lead client meetings, design reviews, and contribute to project schedules and cost estimates.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years in distribution planning, modeling, and line design.
  • Experience with PLS-CADD, CYMCAP, ETAP, and other design software.
  • Knowledge of NESC and distribution analysis tools.
  • Strong client relationship skills.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • PE license.
  • Experience in power sector project execution.

    Location & Compensation

    Positions are available nationwide, with a salary range of $76,608 - $158,976, depending on experience and location.
