We are seeking a seasoned Paralegal to become a part of our close nit but growing team! You will provide overall support to both Plaintiff and Defense files in litigation. We seek a motivated, detail oriented, person with at least 10 years of litigation experience. Someone who has prepared for trial with their team.

Responsibilities :

• Record and store client information.
• Review claim-files and Prepare Nonparty Packages including Nonparty Subpoenas.
• Obtain public records.
• Coordinate with Plaintiffs for discovery responses.
• Prepare Medical Chronologies.
• Coordinate with and Prepare Expert Packages.
• Redact and Prepare Exhibits for Trial.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

​ Qualifications :

Use of Clio Manage is helpful but not required.

This position is mostly a work from home job but during trial preparation in office attendance will be required.
