You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world-class quality solutions that keep the THAAD program on schedule and on target.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a high-performing group of quality engineers and driving excellence across the supplier base.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers based in Arlington, TX.
• Manage and support quality engineering efforts across suppliers nationwide.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and drive continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Travel as needed to support field engineers and supplier sites.
