Service / Support Opportunity At McLaren Bay Region

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Observes patient's mental, emotional and physical conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Performs non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures based on medical instructions as directed by nursing staff.
• May perform special procedures as required and directed (i.e., blood draws / EKGs).
• Conducts regular patient rounds and meets with patient's family members when required.
• Collects test specimens and performs laboratory analysis as directed by nursing staff.
• Answers patient calls and determines how best to help them.
• Provides physical support for patients with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising.

Shift : Days

Daily Work Times : 7 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 30 p.m.

Scheduled Biweekly Hours : 48 hours
