Job Summary :

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance or safety issues.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency repairs.

Maintain and repair lighting, doors, flooring, windows, and fixtures as needed.

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and equipment inventories.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and building regulations.

Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and relocations.

Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

Salary info : $22 - $24 / hr
