JOB : REHAB PT | START DATE : 8 / 26 | MN PT License and AHA BLS required - can submit with pending license

MN is not a PT COMPACT State.

One year of experience required outside of clinicals. Will accept first time travelers, must be able to jump in.

Shift is 8-430 M-F, 1 hour lunch (30 mins paid & 30 mins unpaid).

Manager makes the schedule. Must have outpatient experience; prefer someone with manual therapy skills. Must be able to be a complete thorough evaluations and daily documentation. Must be well rounded and have good time management skills.

CLN must chart after each treatment - not blocked at the end of the day.

Will work in Outpatient, Inpatient, swing bed in the hospital, new admission in care center / nursing home resident care.

8-14 Patients per day Patient

Population : Peds to Geriatrics. Ortho, Neuro, MS, Parkinson's, High School Injuries, Work Related Injuries, Sports Rehabilitation, wound care, and more; see a bit of everything being a small rural hospital.

Rehab Aides : PTA's : 1 assistant, skilled with working with therapists 20+ years of experience.

Shifts & Scheduling : Shift is 8-430 5 days a week, 1 hour lunch (30 mins paid & 30 mins unpaid). M-F, manager to make schedule. Hours of operation are 7-530. Perm staff typically work 4-9 to 10 hour shifts per week. Scrub color : No color required for scrubs, may wear casual professional
