We are looking for an Assistant Controller who will support financial reporting and help develop the processes that keep the projects and business running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting or finance professional to grow into a senior role in the construction industry

Work Hours (Shift)   1st shift

Starting Pay   $20+ per hour

Required Education   Accounting degree helpful

Required Experience   At least 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support job cost tracking and provide reports to project managers.
• Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial and administrative processes.
• Build and maintain simple workflows for receipts, job orders, and expense approvals .
• Provide support in managing insurance contract renewals and maintaining documentation.
• Assist in reviewing and negotiating vendor pricing and contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to align financial records with project operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
