    Position Summary

    The Production Supervisor is ENDOCORP’s execution expert. This tactical role is responsible for developing and managing daily production schedules and ensuring seamless execution across teams. This individual ensures each shift begins with a clear plan, ends with measurable results, and has the resources needed for success.

    This position blends the responsibilities of both a Production Planning Manager and a frontline Supervisor. The ideal candidate thrives in high-complexity, multi-step production environments (assembly, PCB, CCD), is highly hands-on, and knows how to build systems, manage production in alignment with forecasts, and lead teams through change.

    We are looking for ambitious candidates who know they don't have all the answers, yet are skilled at asking the right questions to discover the best path forward.

    Key Objectives & Responsibilities

    Daily Execution & Leadership (75%)

    LMA - Lead, manage, and hold accountable supervisors and technicians using EOS tools

    Plan the Day / Close the Day : Lead daily kickoff and wrap-up meetings; track outcomes and follow-ups.

    Readiness Check : Ensure tools, materials, and staff are prepared before each shift.

    Order Fulfillment & Quality : Hit daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

    Bottleneck Management : Identify and resolve workflow issues before they escalate.

    SOP Deployment & Training : Train leads / technicians on new processes and best practices.

    Cross-Team Collaboration : Align execution with company priorities through regular meetings with leadership.

    Production Planning & Systems Development (25%)

    Planning Tool Implementation : Optimize software / workflows (e.g., Katana, NetSuite, Excel-based tools).

    System Build : Create SOPs for scheduling and fulfillment across operational areas.

    Forecast Integration : Convert MSL and sales forecasts into shift-level production plans, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Inventory.

    Routing & Scheduling : Map labor, work centers, and capacity across CCD, Endoscope, and Parts divisions.

    Work Order Oversight : Manage creation, issuance, and closure of work orders.

    Capacity Planning : Monitor throughput and improve labor / material utilization.

    Qualifications

    5+ years of progressive experience in a production or operations role in a manufacturing or rework environment

    Proven success managing or building complex assembly / production schedules

    A natural leader who inspires productivity, precision, and accountability

    High technical aptitude and fluency with production software

    Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

    Track record of delivering results in team-based environments

    Preferred Skills

    Experience with CCD, wire harness, or PCB production

    Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Katana)

    Lean or Six Sigma Certification

    Background in medical device, electronics, or imaging industries

    EOS familiarity or formal training

    College degree strongly preferred. Associates degree preferred.
