Job Description

Position : Mental Health Therapist (Associate‑Level / Pre‑License)

Location : Federal Way, Washington (Ellie Mental Health)

Employment Type : Full‑time with flexible schedule; stable hourly pay / salary, paid bi‑weekly.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients from first contact to build trust and confidence.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy (individual, group, family) using evidence‑based techniques.
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in the Valant EHR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, coordinate referrals, and participate in case consults.
• Attend regular supervision, staff meetings, and required training.
• Ensure at least 26 client visits per week to qualify for benefits.
