Job Description

Fausto is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and contributing to a smooth, efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment promptly and thoroughly

Maintain clean floors, surfaces, and kitchen areas throughout each shift

Ensure all sanitation and safety standards are consistently met

Assist with general cleaning tasks and kitchen organization

Support the team as needed during service

Handle waste and recycling properly

Requirements

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Attention to cleanliness and detail

Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Must be available Wednesday through Saturday, with flexibility in shift start and end times
