About Us :

Houston Hurricane & Security Products is a rapidly growing provider of premium storm protection and security solutions for residential and commercial properties. As we expand our footprint across Texas and beyond, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity :

This is a brand-new role created due to our continued success and expansion. We’re seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in construction, homebuilding, or related industries to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with homebuilders, contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the construction or homebuilding industry .
  • Strong network of industry contacts in the Houston area is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for growth and innovation.
  • Knowledge of hurricane protection products, security systems, or building materials is a bonus.
