Position Overview :

Clinic ManagerEllie Mental Health

The Clinic Manager (CM) is responsible for the performance and operations of the clinic. The Clinic Manager manages staff performance, hires and recruits clinical staff to meet staffing expectation and clinical revenue needs, provides training and ongoing developmental support, is accountable to meeting clinics fiscal goals, develops and sustains relationships with referral partners, and provides ongoing administrative and clinical oversight. The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with their Clinic Owner and / or Clinic Director.

Comp and benefits are an extension of our mission & culture. It starts with taking great care of care-providers and supporting the things that matter most. Your package will include :

Compensation range is $85,000 - $100,000

Advancement Opportunities :

This position may advance to the Clinic Director role. Ad Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing operational efficiencies, financial management, patient satisfaction, and staff performance at a higher level. Success in these areas will open the pathway to advancing to the position of Clinic Director. As Clinic Director, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and experiences on a larger scale, guiding our clinic towards achieving broader organizational goals and making a significant impact on community health.
