Technology Content Creator (Contract)

We are looking to connect with great local venture backed startups you'd want to tell your friends about and operators "doing the work" inside of companies locally

MGMT Boston’s startup media engine is growing…and we’re looking for a charismatic on-camera, technology focused content creator to help us level up our in-person presence here in Boston across social media.

This is a 5pm - 9pm, weekday contract role (hourly rate) that’s perfect for someone already working in the technology & startup ecosystem who wants to grow their brand, sharpen their storytelling, and build relationships around the Boston ecosystem “after” their day job.

What You’ll Do

• Record short-form vertical video at startup events and gatherings around Boston
• Appear on camera with confidence and charisma
• Move quickly: Capture > Help Edit > Publish
• Help tell new stories and shape new video formats as MGMT Boston expands

Who You Are

• Based in the Boston Metro area
• Actively working in or around the startup/tech world
• Comfortable on camera & strong at creating/editing vertical video
• Fast, professional, curious, and able to own a project end-to-end

Bonus Points

• Technology/storytelling background
• Strong social media presence or creator instincts
• Experience running content for a startup or media brand
