About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team in Selma, Alabama. The ideal candidate is a compassionate professional with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on the Med-Surg floor.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to facility policies and best practices.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and rapid changes in patient condition.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
