Job Description :

Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced  Plumber  to join our team in  Paris, Texas , supporting a dynamic industrial facility environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping and water systems.

This role involves working with a variety of mechanical systems, reading blueprints and piping schematics, and ensuring all plumbing work meets code compliance, safety, and quality standards. We’re looking for a self-motivated professional who takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
• Read and interpret  blueprints, piping schematics, and technical drawings  to plan and execute installations.
• Install piping systems, including  water lines, compressed air lines, drain lines, and process piping , following code and manufacturer specifications.
• Perform  preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance  on plumbing systems such as boilers, backflows, hot water systems, filters, and valves.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine cost-effective repair solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, develop material take-offs, and provide input for cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, service reports, and expense logs.
• Follow all  safety protocols and company procedures  to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and attend safety and technical training as required.
