About The Position
Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (07 : 00 - 15 : 30)
Experience : Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
License : Pending license okay with submission, must be in-hand prior to start
Certifications : ARRT N, BLS, NMTCB, PET, ARRT N or NMTCB
Must-Have :
- Experience in nuclear medicine
- Experience with cardiovascular nuclear medicine is preferred but not required
Description :
This is a day shift position from 07 : 00 to 15 : 30, Monday through Friday.
There is no call, no holiday, and no weekend work required.
The candidate must be a qualified nuclear medicine technologist.
The role requires experience with various skills including drawing venous blood, HIDA scans, and MUGA scans.
Additional skills such as managing IVs and handling radioactive materials are beneficial.
Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
The position does not include weekend coverage or float requirements.
The candidate should have experience in an EPIC charting system.
Travel experience is preferred.
Medical or religious exemptions are considered for flu vaccine requirements.
The work environment is supportive and collaborative.
All candidates are expected to adhere to safety and isolation precautions.
