Requirements : Valid Class A CDL

21 years of age or older

Minimum of 2 years verifiable driving experience with a clean record

Minimum of 9 months verifiable flatbed experience

No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years (some restrictions apply)

No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
