What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities or hazards within the location.Communicate professionally and promptly with staff, visitors, and law enforcement as required.Assist with access control, verifying identification and credentials as needed for entry to restricted areas.Complete reports and logs of all incidents, activities, and observations during shifts.Support Allied Universal and client representatives during emergency situations by following established protocols.What We're Looking For :
