Job descriptionProven experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or similar role. Comprehensive understanding of loan products, policies, and guidelines. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Proficiency in loan origination software and familiarity with CRM systems. Active NMLS license required. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Commission structure with unlimited earning potential. Loan Officer Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in evaluating their loan needs and guide them through the loan application process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized loan solutions.
- Review financial documents and conduct thorough credit analyses to ensure applicants meet loan requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure loan approvals and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and build a pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.
