About The Position

Certifications : BLS and ACLS required

Must-Have :

Scrubbing experience required

Call required : 4 shifts of call in 6 weeks and 1 weekend of call approximately once every 9 weeks

Previous charge experience preferred

Charting system experience required

Description :

Endoscopic Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment.

Available shifts include 5x8 hour days from 7 AM to 3 PM or 4x10 hour days from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Candidates will be required to float between two facilities.

BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

Candidates must have scrubbing experience.

Call requirements include four weeknight shifts within a six-week schedule plus one weekend shift.

All requests for time off must be submitted upfront.

Candidates are required to work at least one holiday during the assignment.

Candidates who reside within 100 miles of the facility are not accepted as travelers.

Modules are non-billable if completed within the first 24 hours of the assignment.

Candidates should be proficient in airway management, various endoscopic procedures, and recovery of conscious sedation.

The position involves working with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics and geriatrics.

Successful candidates will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary support teams.

Additional skills required include specimen handling, maintaining IVs, and managing dysrhythmias.

Compliance documents must be submitted prior to the start of the assignment.
