You will be :

BergdorfGoodman.com adds new items onto the website each week. The Manager of Item Enablement leads a segment of the business (25%-50% of Bergdorf Goodman item count) and the execution of the Digital Item Enablement Lifecycle process for BergdorfGoodman.com. The Manager is responsible for leading a team of associates in operational excellence utilizing data, metrics and KPIs. The Item Enablement team oversees and owns the first step in the Digital Item Enablement Lifecycle Process. The role is highly cross-functional, working directly with the Directors & Managers of the Photo Studio and Digital as well as buying, marketing, creative, fulfillment centers and our external vendors to flawlessly publish items to the site. You are customer obsessed!

What you will do :

Lead, supporting and oversee a team of associates tasked with overseeing the first step in the digital item enablement lifecycle - includes professional development & annual reviews
Ownership over multiple categories of business to support in managing the requests, logistics and communication of products with the aim of improving go live percentages, reducing Not on Site inventory, increasing item count throughput, reducing time to site while maintaining cost per item
Proactively working to improve the studio turn-in process to increase quality, efficiency, time to site, and scalability of the turn-in process over time
Partnering in and supporting the team with pursuing relationships cross-functionally and across the organization - including with communication between buyers, vendors, item setup, creative teams and studio teams on sample-related issues, exceptions or new processes
Maintaining regular meetings and communication across teams and functions
Managing internal reporting including, but not limited to : daily capture of Not On Site, PO Uploads, STL Audits, Compliance Audits, etc.
Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting of assigned area of business (to the Saks Business) with the goal of driving overall time to site, launch / pre-order / go-live full price selling time
Overseeing team / associate Item counts, comparing across locations and to LY
Managing list of product split across locations to ensure budget and goals are maintained
Special projects supporting the Digital Operations LRP goals (examples include physical inventory, quality measurements, unity across locations, team compliance, digital ops scorecard, KPI metrics, Voice of the Customer, etc.)
Overseeing European Photography Process, Market Week Shoot Process, and other Photo Studio Initiatives

What you will bring :

Prior traffic and project management experience in an e-commerce retail environment

Prior process or people management in an e-commerce retail environment

Passion for Fashion / Retail Business and commitment to making Bergdorf Goodman the premier luxury fashion destination

A passion for product, and crucially for always exceeding internal and external customer expectations

4-6 years of experience in e-commerce businesses with the majority in operations, supply chain or project management

Experience in Vendor Relations highly preferred

Exceptional organizational skills, keen eye for details and passion for documentation and process

Possess project management expertise (planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)

Strong communication skills - written & verbal

Strong relationship management, leadership and team development skills with an emphasis on driving results through positive motivation and mentorship

Competent with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups, data manipulation, etc).

Ability to exercise independent, sound judgment

Analytical skills and good business acumen and judgment when making decisions and ability to balance the interests of creative and operations teams

Team player with self-confidence, assertiveness and personal motivation

The ability to meet tight deadlines and manage stress

Ability to multi-task / manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines

Owner / Operator mindset no task too big or too small

Ability to respond positively and act with a sense of urgency to challenging work and deadlines

Must be able to adapt and react to constantly changing details and priorities, and shift the focus of the team to the most important task

Salary and other benefits :

The salary for this position is between $81,000 105,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
