Corporate / In-House Counsel for Automotive Dealership Group
New / Used Vehicle Auto Group in Southern California seeks a qualified corporate / in-house counsel for multiple stores
Compensation :
$150,000 - $300,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Offering counsel on a variety of legal issues
- Advising executives within the company
- Working alongside other departments within the company
- Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals
- Working alone or with other attorneys to prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and subpoenas
- Drafting contracts, lease agreements, loan agreements, and other legal documents for clients
- Drafting and reviewing agreements such as employment contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and non-compete agreements
- Additional responsibilities as required by the organization
