Job descriptionLicensed Practical Nurse Shifts Available 6a- 230p, 2p-1030pand 10p-630a FT, PT and PRN We have two locations in the Silvis / East Moline area. Come see which would work best for you! Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Long term disability, short term disability, and life insurance 401K Paid Time Off Direct Deposit Paid training and orientation Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents Prepares and administers medications charts as required Administers treatments Consults with physicians Communicates with director of nursing and staff Long term care experience preferred Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Illinois Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
