Key Responsibilities

Review inbound contracts and triage them according to approved playbooks

Refine the contract intake and fulfillment workflow to ensure visibility and efficiency

Design and deploy AI tools to automate repetitive contract tasks and enhance operations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in contracts triage and negotiation using playbooks

Experience in contracts operations, legal operations, or commercial operations with a focus on contracts

Hands-on experience managing and scaling a CLM system with integration capabilities

Interest in AI, machine learning, or automation for workflow improvement

Strong process orientation and project management skills
