This incredibly dynamic General Contractor is growing at an impressive rate and would like to speak to qualified, experienced site superintendents in the Jackson MS area.

The projects will be primarily local to the Jackson market but there could be the possibility of occasional travel to outlying project locations (

A seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in the industry to join the team in Jackson, MS.
Experience Managing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Basic Qualifications for this Role :

Bachelor's Degree or Construction Management Cert preferred (but not required)

Minimum 5 years (or more) in commercial construction site supervision and / or project management experience with public, private or federal projects is required.

Proven track record of success working with subcontractors, material suppliers, project owners, architects and engineers.

Safety :

Very important to this company and their obligation to all employees and trade-partners and the Superintendent enforces the company's safety programs while onsite.
