Title: Business Operations Specialist

Location: East Peoria, IL

Workplace type: 100% onsite (M-F, 40 hour work week)

Type: Contract

Pay: $28-29.33 MAX/hour on w2

IV type: 2 rounds

Length: 12 months- possibility to extend

Must haves:

• : 7+ years’ experience in Procuring/inventory management and build Room.
• (Required)MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS OneNote, MS Copilot

Experience working with one of these tools:

• ServiceNow tool use/exposure
• NextGen Coupa (Purchase Orders)
• Apptio (budget management)
• Guided Buy (Purchasing)
• PowerBI (reporting non-developer)

Soft Skills

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Monitor asset inventory levels to input into order plan using PowerBI or ServiceNow
• Collaborate with operations team to understand inventory and consumption
• Procure hardware as needed (at minimum monthly)
• Issue and receive purchase orders for hardware, vending, print, and supplies for team
• Collaborate on forecast, then report actuals against plan
• Monitor IT vending machine consumption and place orders to replenish
• Meet with business resources monthly to review spend/plan
• Submit capital spend requests and audit the assets ensuring they're placed in service
