Location : 100% Remote

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM EST (with potential overtime as needed)

Pay Rate : $18 / hour (paid weekly)

Target Start Date : December 1, 2025

What You'll Do

• Post and reconcile daily payments-including EFT, ACH, credit card, and wire transactions-with speed and precision.
• Apply credits, adjustments, and write-offs efficiently to ensure accurate customer accounts.
• Research and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments promptly.
• Manage remittance details and ensure timely processing during month-end close.
• Prepare detailed and organized reconciliations for both internal and customer requests.
• Deliver professional and responsive support to internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with invoice copies, statements, and other A / R documentation as needed.
