Autodesk CAD Manager

Forge ahead with WSB. We are seeking an Autodesk CAD Manager to lead, standardize, and optimize our CAD and BIM workflows with a primary focus on Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit. This role is responsible for supporting best practices, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables, and supporting engineering and design teams through training, automation, and technical guidance. What You Will Do:

• Serve as the primary CAD/BIM technical consultant for Civil 3D and Revit across all projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAD and BIM standards, templates, styles, and workflows.
• Manage and optimize Civil 3D objects, surfaces, corridors, pipe networks, data shortcuts, and styles.
• Oversee Revit model setup, families, worksets, shared coordinates, and model coordination.
• Support project teams with troubleshooting, file management, and performance optimization.
• Lead training and mentoring efforts for CAD designers, engineers, and BIM users.
• Coordinate software updates, version control, and Autodesk licensing in collaboration with IT.
• Develop automation tools (e.g., scripts, templates, Dynamo, or LISP where applicable) to improve efficiency.
• Stay current on Autodesk releases, industry best practices, and emerging BIM/CAD technologies.

What You WIll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a CAD Manager or Senior CAD/BIM leadership role.
• Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering, land development, or infrastructure design workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train technical and non-technical users.
• Autodesk certifications (Civil 3D, Revit, or Autodesk Professional). Preferred.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, AutoLISP, or scripting/automation tools. Preferred.
• Experience working in a multi-discipline environment (civil, structural, architectural). Preferred.
