Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Finance Data Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our Finance team. The analyst will focus on financial reporting, data analysis, and supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within corporate finance. The Finance Data Analyst will partner with accounting, FP&A, and business leaders to ensure reliable financial insights are delivered across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare recurring financial and KPI reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with monthly variance analysis, highlighting trends and key business drivers.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar) for finance leadership.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Support
• Assist in maintaining financial models for annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Gather and validate data inputs from cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing).
• Provide supporting analysis for revenue, expenses, and headcount planning.
