Job Title : Senior Tax Manager / Auditor

Location : Fully Onsite

Salary Range : $120,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage tax engagements for business and individual clients.

Perform compilations, reviews, and tax preparation with accuracy and efficiency.

Provide audit and assurance services, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Supervise and mentor staff, fostering professional growth.

Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

Assist in driving continuous improvement across processes and client service delivery.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

CPA license preferred (or progress toward CPA).

2-5 years of experience in a small to medium public accounting firm.

Minimum 2 years of tax experience (preferred).

Proficient in Business and Individual Tax Preparation, Compilation, and Review .

Experience with QuickBooks and Intuit Pro Series a plus.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Excellent time management, organization, and self-motivation .
