Product Support Specialist
NSH USA is looking for a motivated and hardworking Product Support Specialist for our Customer Service Center. This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and generating new business opportunities for our machine parts business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Those with experience as a service advisor, the after-market parts industry, or heavy construction equipment are highly encouraged to apply. Previous machine tool or automotive parts sales experience is preferred, but not required. Sales training will be provided. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about our products and services courteously and professionally.
- Provide quotes, process orders, and coordinate equipment deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalate complex inquiries as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and maintenance to ensure their satisfaction and safety.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Traveling to customer sites to assess their needs will be necessary but not expected to exceed 25% of the time.
- Other duties as required by the Customer Service Center.
Education and Skills :
Associate's degree or 2+ years' experience in customer service, sales, or a related position.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Able to prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate time-management and organizational skills.Work well independently and as part of a group.Ability to adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment, be accountable, and proactive, take initiative, and work effectively independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in sales preferred, ideally selling manufacturing or automotive parts products.Technical and mechanical skills are a plus.Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.Benefits :

The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 per year. Commission pay is available after the training period.
