As a Lead for the Clear Lake Distribution Center, the leadership team must remain engaged, focused, and committed to the success of the operation. To help ensure all objectives and goals are properly aligned and the operation is poised for success, the following expectations have been communicated and agreed upon :

Lead Role :

ILEAD Competencies - These may be customized based on the individual and their participation with an IDP and desired improvements.

Shift Details : Sunday - Thursday (Sunday 4 : 30 pm - 1 : 00 am, or completion of shift. Monday - Thursday, 5 : 30 pm - 2 : 00 am, or completion of shift.
