Position Highlights :
- $27.60-$40.64 / hour based on experience
- Additional compensation available for bilingual skills!
- $4,250.00 Hiring / Retention Bonus Structure :
At Hire : $1,275.00
At 180 days (6 months) : $1,700.00At 12 months : $1,275.00Bonus will be pro-rated according to Full Time Equivalency (FTE)Benefits :

Maintain and update patient medical records, including vital signs, treatments, and medications, while reviewing immunization records.Prepare for patient visits by reviewing files, ensuring necessary reports are available, and working closely with Providers for efficient scheduling and continuity of care.Prepare and maintain exam rooms, explain procedures to patients, provide education and coaching, respond to patient inquiries, and assist physicians during exams and procedures.Collect and prepare lab specimens, administer medications, and perform other assigned clinical tasks.Qualifications :
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.Completion of an accredited medical assisting program from CAAHEP or ABHES (720 Medical Assistant training hours, including a 160-hour externship), or an approved apprenticeship program, or equivalent military training, or current MA or eligibility for certification.One year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant is preferred.Current CPR certification.National credential from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT within 90 days of hire.Strong medical knowledge to understand theories, reasons, and technical aspects of medicine.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals and situations.Outstanding multitasking abilities to manage a variety of workloads efficiently.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR.Our Mission Statement
