A company is looking for a Trainer II responsible for developing and conducting training programs for Pharmacy Services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate effectiveness for Pharmacy Services staff
Identify, develop, and conduct training programs, including the design of training aids
Maintain records of training activities and coordinate training initiatives to publish corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting
Auditing experience preferred
Willingness to work 9-5 : 30 ET or 10-6 : 30 ET
