The Commercial team at H1 plays a crucial role in creating that future. It is our role to work in partnership with our colleagues and our customers to understand the most valuable products we can deliver to the market. What You'll Do At H1
As an Account Executive you will drive H1's business to meet revenue goals. You'll play a hybrid role supporting both existing customer accounts and new business efforts. You'll work closely with senior members of the sales team, helping them prepare for meetings, nurture key relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. You'll also engage directly with prospects and customers becoming a trusted partner and a critical part of our commercial goals.

You're a quota-carrying sales professional who thrives on owning a book of business, navigating multi-tiered accounts, and delivering predictable renewal and expansion outcomes. You are skilled in outbound prospecting and relationship development and excel in consultative deal management from first touch to signature.

Compensation
This role pays $75,000 to $100,000 base salary per year, based on experience, plus variable commission, based on performance, in addition to stock options. Anticipated role close date : 1 / 30 / 2025
