Steward / Dishwasher

cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand, while also maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.  Key duties include loading / unloading machines, hand-washing fragile items, managing trash, sweeping floors, stocking supplies, and assisting with basic food prep or other tasks as needed
