Production Control Coordinator

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling priorities? Staffmark is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth scheduling and flow of production orders while keeping teams aligned and operations running efficiently.

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM

What You'll Be Doing :

• Maintain the master production schedule and assign job orders for print and mail operations
• Plan daily workflow and coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines
• Monitor jobs in progress and resolve delays by adjusting schedules or escalating issues
• Communicate with Account Management and Client Services to provide updates and resolve inquiries
• Log job and equipment issues using internal systems (e.g., Jira, Excel)
• Track scheduling performance, identify issues, and recommend process improvements
• Work closely with warehouse and materials teams to ensure steady production flow
• Prepare daily shift reports and assist production managers with floor updates
