We are partnering with one of our most trusted clients, a well?established, highly respected organization, to identify an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data?driven environment and wants to directly impact asset performance and strategic outcomes within the senior housing, multi?unit family housing, or skilled nursing/healthcare sector.

This position can be fully remote for the right TN?based candidate.

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead pro forma modeling, scenario analysis, and development of financial models
• Deliver meaningful insights during asset management reviews and portfolio performance discussions
• Help guide capital planning and operational decisions through data?driven financial analysis

Qualifications of the Senior Financial Analyst

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally within senior living, multifamily housing, skilled nursing, or related healthcare operations
• Advanced Excel expertise and experience with financial systems
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication ability, and a proactive approach to problem?solving
