As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly while upholding our high standards of quality and customer service. Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service and uphold Jet's Pizza standards.
  • Assist in preparing food and fulfilling orders efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Support a positive work environment based on teamwork and respect.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciliation.
