Who are you?

Security-cleared Professional : You have made it through the process of receiving a United States government security clearance - congratulations! We know you are a trustworthy intel professional because you have a Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS / SCI). May be asked to undergo polygraph.

Education and Experience : You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field. Additionally, requirements include :

  • Complex multi-enclave environments
  • Advanced system security hardening
  • High-availability system configurations
  • Disaster recovery planning and implementation
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • System automation and orchestration
  • Performance optimization techniques
  • Capacity planning and resource management
  • Security accreditation processes
  • Cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S)
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Configuration management tools
  • LDAP / OpenLDAP, ADFS, Keycloak
  • Elasticsearch, Splunk, and other data platforms
  • DevSecOps practices and tools
  • SAFe Agile methodologies

What You'll Be Doing :

As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers. You will support the multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret / SCI) that enables users to collaboratively perform their work using a variety of tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers.
  • Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
  • Schedule installations and upgrades in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Ensure workstation / server data integrity by implementing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
  • Ensure data / media recoverability through system backups and database archive operations.
  • Develop and promote standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with standards and configurations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration databases.
  • Support analytical tool infrastructure.
  • Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
  • Respond to and resolve critical incidents within designated resolution timelines.
