Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner, preferably in financial services or technology environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate vendor relationships and drive results in a collaborative setting.
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and risk mitigation.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Own the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of applications and their supporting components.Serve as the primary Product Owner on an agile team—manage backlogs, define sprint strategies, and facilitate daily stand-ups.Lead strategic projects, including the creation of an internal Investment Policy Statement for managed accounts.Oversee integration with a new Proxy Voting platform, collaborating with external vendors and internal partners.Coordinate the migration to an updated Option Strategy order entry system and ensure a seamless transition.Facilitate discovery sessions to support high-priority work planned for 2026 and beyond.Identify and manage dependencies with internal and external third parties, including vendor engagement and intake submissions.Proactively recognize and communicate risks related to ongoing initiatives; propose solutions and escalate issues as appropriate.Prioritize and manage backlogs
