Your Role and Responsibilities

The Electronics Repair Technician is responsible for performing functional and diagnostic tests on electronic circuit boards and assemblies to ensure product quality and compliance with design specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic principles, troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to operate specialized test equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The work model for the role is : Onsite at Bartlesville, OK Facility.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation, Measurement and Analytics business area in USA. You will be mainly accountable for :

• Conduct functional, in-circuit, and diagnostic tests on electronic circuit boards and assemblies.
• Operate and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) and manual testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of board failures, documenting test results and corrective actions.
• Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documentation to support test procedures and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve product issues and improve testing processes.
• Perform board-level rework, soldering, and component replacement as needed to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, ESD controls, and quality management systems.
