What You'll Do as the Payroll Analyst :

Be the go-to expert for employee questions on paychecks, deductions, and payroll policies.

Manage incoming calls to the payroll hotline with professionalism and care.

Prepare and process payroll cycles - accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Partner with fellow Payroll Analysts to maintain seamless payroll operations.

Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and stay compliant.

What You'll Bring as the Payroll Analyst :

3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a high-volume environment .

A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills.

Experience with PeopleSoft and / or ADP (a plus).

The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Union payroll experience is a bonus - training available if not.
