A growing company in the manufacturing/construction materials industry is seeking a detail-oriented logistics clerk to support daily shipping, order processing, and transportation coordination. This role is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in logistics operations, especially within fast-paced environments. The company is expanding and implementing new systems, offering strong long-term potential.
Coordinate domestic shipments and trucking logistics
Process and track customer orders
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records in systems and spreadsheets
Monitor shipment status and provide updates
Support logistics documentation and reporting
Assist with workflow coordination across departments
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong excel and computer skills
Experience with logistics, shipping, and order processing
Experience coordinating trucking logistics (construction industry experience preferred)
ERP experience such as NetSuite (preferred)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
