R-Dent Dental Laboratory, Inc. ("R-Dent") is one of the largest privately-owned dental labs in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. It has been family owned since 1978 and manufactures dental prosthesis using the latest and greatest dental technology.

Description : R-Dent is seeking a highly experienced Implant Technical Advisor for its dental lab. The Implant Technical Advisor must have experience / education in CAD Implant design, surgical guides, implant parts / orders, chairside conversions, training doctors on implants, and discussing implant treatment plans with doctors.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Reviewing prescriptions and interpreting instructions to design Implants, All-on-4 Cases, and Full-Arch Implants (including Implant Abutments);
• Designing and Planning Surgical Guides;
• Ordering parts for implant cases; placing implant parts in models; and Quality Checking (QC'ing) implant orders in 3Shape;
• Chairside conversions, training doctors on implant technique (in-person / remote), and discussing treatment plans with doctors for all implant case types; and
• Problem solving to meet daily production requirements for Production Lab.

Compensation Range : up to $30 / hour (depending on level of skill, experience, and ability)

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm

Thus, R-Dent Dental Laboratory was born, and we've grown from that idea about quality and service to become the largest and finest full-service dental laboratory in west Tennessee.
