Physician led non-profit Health System seeks an ENT - Otolaryngologist in San Antonio Texas
- Current Setup : Solo practice, 1 physician , 1 audiologist, 1 MA, 2 front office staff
- Why the Role is Open : The current volume supports bringing on another physician
- Call is informal, shared with 3 other private / solo practices so it is 1 : 4. Group is flexible and switch when needed for holidays etc.
- No trauma or ER call (minimal to no ER visits,
- Special Focus Areas Seen : Pediatrics, Sinus, Thyroid, Parotid, Submandibular
- Referral Base : Strong, well-established relationships with local PCPs and pediatricians
- Pediatric Volume : 30-40% of the workload
- Tonsillectomies : ~100–150 per year
- Outpatient Procedure Volume : 95% of cases
- Dr. used to do procedures in office but does not now due to regulations post COVID. The office / clinic does have an in office surgical suite screens, full septo set, etc.
- Case Load : Clinic : 35–40 patients per day
$450,000 12 month guarantee
$68 / rvu conversion rate
$600 / call shift = $500-600k yr earnings
