THE ROLE
The Director of Outlets oversees all aspects of daily operations across Pick & Cheese, The Bodega, and Pour My Beer, ensuring each concept delivers exceptional guest experiences and meets operational, financial, and service standards. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on leadership — driving excellence through people, systems, and execution.
The ideal candidate is an organized, hospitality-focused leader with strong business acumen, a deep understanding of multi-outlet operations, and a passion for culinary and beverage programs.
This role includes two weeks of onboarding and training in London, with housing and transportation provided.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations for Pick & Cheese, The Bodega, and Pour My Beer.
- Lead outlet teams to maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellence in service and product delivery.
- Partner with kitchen and front-of-house managers to ensure smooth daily execution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation across all outlets.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.
Financial & Inventory Management
Manage outlet-level budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets.Oversee purchasing, inventory, and COGS for The Bodega and Pour My Beer.Track sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve margins.Support GM-level reporting and P&L analysis in partnership with the Shaver Hall General Manager.Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor outlet leaders, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration.Train team members on brand standards, hospitality practices, and operational systems.Maintain open collaborative communication between outlets and Shaver Food Hall leadership.Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for leadership and hourly team.Guest Experience & Brand Culture
Ensure each outlet reflects the distinct brand personality while maintaining the Shaver Food Hall standard of hospitality.Engage regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support activations, promotions, and seasonal programming.Champion a culture of hospitality, creativity, and operational excellence.WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of management experience in multi-outlet or hospitality group settings.Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage multiple teams and concepts simultaneously.Solid understanding of food, beverages, and retail operations.Experience with inventory systems, POS management, and budget control.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Adaptable, hands-on, and calm under pressure.Obtain valid Manager Serv Safe CertificationTHE GOOD STUFF
