A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to support customer relationships through contract negotiation and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate legal approval of contracts, amendments, and bid / RFP responses
Identify and review new / existing bid and RFP opportunities
Track contract documents and maintain electronic files of proposals and agreements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in coordinating legal approval of contracts and bid responses strongly preferred
Experience in identifying and reviewing bid and RFP opportunities preferred
Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office applications preferred
Highly organized with the ability to work independently and in a team environment preferred
